This an ongoing, full-time position where no two days are the same, commencing ASAP.The People and Culture Officer will work collaboratively with all members of the People and Culture team and Principal’s office, performing HR activities across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on the administration of recruitment, selection and onboarding, employment correspondence and payroll, data and records management, systems maintenance, employee compliance, performance appraisal, professional development and maintaining training records.
